The ideal pipe connection for non-pressurised pipelines

vonRollfix's pipe-collars and pipe-interfaces can be used as a connecting element in the construction of pipelines. Suitable for non-tensioned joints, these collars are suitable for making secure, long-lasting and economical connections between non-pressurised piping made of identical or different materials such as cast-iron, steel and PE.

Furnished with a stainless-steel body, these collars can be used in various applications up to a temperature of 80 °C in wastewater and drainage piping as well as in industrial pipeline construction.

The sealing cuff made of high-quality natural rubber is used to compensate differences in the outside diameters of the pipes as well as longitudinal changes. It also deals with and dampens any shocks and vibrations in the piping system. The collar can be loaded with up to a maximum of 3 bar, provided that the piping system is appropriately protected.
